I can guarantee, you will see a lot of GSF dyno'ing from now on.
There should be atleast 30% increase at peak bhp, after some minor changes, that I'm going to do next week:
- new cylinder head & combustion chamber | 0.80mm squishclearance, 37,5% squishratio and 10,9:1 fixed compression ratio
- new exhaust adapter | with 32mm inside diameter and less length (then the pipe will be 7mm's closer at the exhaust channel)
- methanol fuel + Maxima 927 2-stroke oil
- B9ES or B10ES spark plug (depending, which will work better with methanol fuel. Currently have a B9HS spark plug, 'cause of the current cylinder head design)
Now I have drilled 1 idle jet to 1,00mm size (~100 at Keihin's jet size chart).
Going to fix the current appearance of the Derbi this weekend..
- make it shine
- remove some glue marks, bad/old stickers
- re-paint the rear sprocket with matte black
- stainless steel bolts everywhere
