But why have you modified the original muffler?Wouldn't it be easyier(and nicer) to mount a Gianelli muffler or so on?

I thought stock speedometers did only 80.

I also removed the catalytic converter from the stock exhaust, after that my top speed was around 85km/h.

It isn't possible to reach 105km with stock set-up.
I think your speedometer is not accurate enough above 80.

Check out your cilinder for a brand name like Derbi or something.
Do the same for your carburator, there is a codename that includes a number for how much mm it is.

Which sprockets do you have?
For example: 13-53.
