Hey guys, I'd like to know if the CDI on a Aprilia SX 50 2010 is restricted?
I couldn't find this anywhere on the internet, so know I'm asking here.
Thanks.

You have to adjust the settings on the carburator, otherwise it will run very bad and it will kill your Aprilia his engine

I have already put a 95 nozzle in, and adjusted the idle-screw. Is that all?

apparently that is not the right one. That is why it is called adjusting. Might as well be a 105 or a 85

What does he do right now then?
I think the 'nozzle' is too big, so it stutters on lower RPM's.
You just have to go through that stutter, than it must go in higher RPM's

Correct me if im wrong,guys
Did your consider to adjust the air screw/valve on the carb? you'll have to open that 1,5 turns.
we need a little bit more information before we can make a conclusion about what is not functioning properly.
what we'd like to know is:
type and brand of your carburettor
current nozzle: 95
airfilter: restricted/de-restricted/powerfilter?
does it stutter in high, low or medium rpm
color of your sparkplug: coffee brown color would be perfect, needless to say it doesnt determine if your carb is adjusted correctly. (most of the time it is)
a white color on your spark plug means: too poor mixture of gasoline and oxygen (dangerous, your piston can seize)
a black color on your spark plug means: too rich mixture of oil and gasoline
adjusting of your carb can take a long time, trail and error but is necesarry for your engine to run properly with your current setup.
Goodluck
